((Welcome to the new and improved Silvak. Thickheadedness is a good defense against subtle manipulation.))

Silvak's ears swiveled as the wolf who had been following him threw some sort of breakable object on the ground. Silvak inwardly groaned at the thought of someone attempting to speak with him. He did not look at the wolf, but one ear was pointed at the smaller keeper, listing to his odd question.

"Eh? I seen no mice. What is, sehx ahy?" He asked, turning his head. His arms were crossed, and the sun glinted off his yellow eyes. A common trait in his village. A callback to the wolves that lived as natural hunters in the forests beyond.

"What you want leetle wulf?" He asked roughly. The wolf had a gleam in his eye that kept his smile from seeming simply friendly. It was a gleam of madness. Silvak had met one such person before, who had enjoyed the torments of others too much. Silvak had watched as his older uncle had brought the deranged keeper to his bloody demise. It set the stage for Silvak's idea of justice. If a keeper was willing to harm others for simple fun, with no reason behind it, the keeper should feel the wrath of those who can bring him to bear.

This ran through the big cat's head as he analyzed the smaller wolf, deciding if it was worth being expelled to end the sick creature's life. He decided against it, having not seen anything the wolf had done. After all, who was he to dish out retribution based on a look in someone's eye?

"Ohhh!" The wolf said, moaning almost in an erotic, overdramatic and throwing back its head. "To not know the pleasure of sexy!? How...unfortunate." Passion rang through my voice. He really wasn't from around here. Foreign fruit. His glint. His look.

For a moment he had considered killing me. Perfect, indeed! Sexy! Very...

Oh...

"You are...the most interesting person here--" It paused, "Uh, so far." The wolf started grinning again, its head returning to its playful gleam. What are you watching for little kitty?

Abruptly--"HehehehehehehHAhahahahahahahahahahaahahahahaahhahhahahaha~! Don't die--and hide the knife better." The wolf didn't know if it was a knife, or not, but all logic pointed at it.

Big weapon? Can't hide. Small springer? Unlikely. The fuzz 'n all. Small blade. Possible. Most likely. Logic wins. Yay!

It walked away like nothing happened.

Crowds crowds crowds...who was prey next? The wolf put a finger to its lips in curiosity.

Berry quickly slid out of the mob in front of the schedule with a calming breath. First day, and they are already beating on each other. (She should've been helping.)

Fallguard, huh? Eh, she never really liked it...but maybe she could watch.

Berry quietly started wandering, sticking to empty halls and darkened corners, smiling a bit when claustrophobic and/or high-up thinking spots were found. At least she'd have a few paces to escape these idiot's...idiocy. And she felt pretty confident in finding her way around, except for the room numbers. Tell her to go to...the lab, she had seen it in wandering, okay, be there in five. Tell her to go to room 180, and she just won't be able to find it in time. But, she could figure it out, she'd have to. It wasn't that confusing a layout. And she could easily avoid the dumb people.

Okay, maybe she could make this work.

"Oof~!" The wolf played as it "ran into slash tripped" (or rather kicked...hard into) someone around the corner. "Deary me, what a silly-willy of me!" Already looking down on the small, but as proven yesterday, feisty 'keeper, the wolf grinned a toothy smile.

It had been wandering. In the hunter's hallways.

Mousey mousey mousey. The wolf couldn't wait to look into this tiny thing's eyes. Into it's soul. Into its being. It wanted to see what was going on inside. It wanted to see who this creature was. What made it tick? What made it hurt? Scream? Squeal?

What made it...sexy? Yes...strong people were fun. Was this one outwardly strong? Passionate? Or inwardly strong? Those were the fun ones.

"I'm soooo--sorry-warry! Are you okay?" The wolf had been playing, yes indeed. But the last part was meant to sound...sincere? Yes. That was...the word? It locked its smiling eyes on the eyes of the mouse.

((heh, I was waiting for three posts (a new system i'm following to keep from spamming) and had already made one encountering Berry. I wonder if Justice is ready for the unabridged version of Silvak?))

Silvak was perturbed by the wolf's demented laugh. He now regretted not ending the sick keeper's life. This event would come knack to haunt him. But, there was nothing he could do now. The wolf had left, and the air seemed stale and dark. One of them was here.

He turned, and saw the ghostly apparition forming in front of him. He spoke in his native language, trying to war it away, lest he make a scene on the wall,

"<Begone demon, lest I banish you to the netherworld!>" The apparition simply glided towards him, and with an unexpected speed, latched onto his arm. Knowing what happened next would look like him fighting with an invisible enemy, Silvak wanted this to be over quickly. He ignored the searing pain in his arm where the ghost had gripped on, and he used the same arm to grasp its neck, lifting it further into the air. He quickly drew his knife from the belt on his chest, the orange glinting blade slicing through the ghost's head like butter. It screamed (only Silvak can see and hear these ghosts) and vanished.

Silvak put away his knife, and looked to his arm. Where the demon had grabbed him was matted with blood that was still freely flowing, same with his hand. He grunted and clenched his fist painfully, annoyed at the minute injuries that caused this. The creatures harmed by pulling the blood from the skin, and unless you covered of applied pressure to the injured pores, the bleeding would not end.

Annoyed, Silvak realized he needed to see the nurse. He cursed, and starts down the steps that led to the inside grounds, leaving bloody handprints where he had to steady himself down the old steps.

As per usual, he avoided people, but soon arrived with a problem. He couldn't find the Nurse. The office was probably clearly marked, but one who could not read would have much difficultly figuring it out. He grew angrier and angrier, and blood dipped steadily down next to his side. His next choice was to go to his room and do some home-made first aid. But he had one last thing, someone else to help.

It annoyed him greatly, but it was probably better than some home brew first aid.
He looked around for someone that was a likely candidate, someone not talking to others, one who would not talk lightly about his problem.

His eyes eventually found a rat-girl, and he was going to approach her, when the wolf from earlier came up to her first! He bumped into herm and acted surprised and offered a heartfelt apology, but Silvak knew better.

He clenched his fists, the mad wolf would not have a chance to hurt someone who could not defend themselves. He would make sure. He stepped with heavy steps towards the wolf, fully knowing the crazed keeper would know EXACTLY who it was. On accident, because he had temporarily ignored the pain, he jerked his bloodied arm at the wolf, spattering blood on the ground next to the wolf.

"You. Leave girl alone." he said, low, and to the point. The wolf knew he had a knife, he wondered how much else he could figure out. Silvak secretly hoped the wolf would attack him, so he could 'accidentally' kill him in self defense, and end the problem before it had time to fester.

"Awww...sorry mousey, I need to go, my planet needs me!" It swooned. It hadn't even had a moment to sum up its prey! The wolf turned to the big kitty kitty.

It looked him over. It frowned. "I leave for literally seven minutes, and you hurt yourself! I told you, "don't die." Now look at you! Gawd!" Justice pouted and complained like a teenage girl. The wolf started pulling the big cat by the unbleeding arm and together they might walk to the nurse's office.

Renard woke up 30 minutes late and looked at the clock. "Dam it.... first day and I'm already late." He got out of bed and heads for the bathroom to wash up. Once he was done he went back to his room and changed into a gray shirt and blue jeans and left the room.

When he reached the main hall there was a huge fight among the students so he took a big detour to avoid the crowd and looked around to see if he can spot anyone whom he had seen yesterday. With no luck he started walking around to familiarize himself with the surroundings.

Silvak's arm moved with unerring speed, grabbing the wolf's much smaller wrist before he could touch Silvak's arm as intended. His expression was flat, but his yellow eyes glinted with murder.

"You are not friend. Do not fake." He rumbled, low and angry. He released the wolf, and raised his injured hand to examine it, clenching his fist as he did so. While it was in front of his face, his eyes flicked back to the wolf.

"You smart. Go demonov." Silvak was not able to make halfway threats of pain, he wasn't fluent enough. But he figured the crazy wolf had enough of a spark of intelligence to know when to back off, as Silvak was holding up a bloodied red arm.

Silvak hadn't felt the effects of the bleeding yet, only because it was slow, given maybe an hour, and he'd become woozy. Quicker, if he strained his arm too much.

Although the guards on duty had hoped to see the curiosity win over bad habits, the inevitable occured and several keepers got into a fight even before the first class started. The guard had been selected on both composure as well as experience in dealing with deliquents. Breaking up the fight quickly, one took the troublemakers to the principle, where they received detention as well as a long lecture on how the school worked and if they preferred to be out on the street again, that that could be arranged.

The other guard dispersed the crowd to go to their classes. Straglers would receive detention. With the hallway quickly cleared, two keepers came into view, one with a bloody arm. Walking over, he quickly assessed what had happened. He didn't recognize the type of wound, but knew that he needed to go to the infirmary. Asking for questions wouldn't help, so he didn't. However he did make a mental note of the smaller wolf, before making sure he left to go to his class. He'd seen enough instigators to know this was one.

The students would quickly find out that for each class attendance records were held and that failing to attend would quickly result in detention. The rest of the day passed and teachers made sure to keep their students' minds busy.

On Tuesday most expected the highlight to be physical education, with the chance to go bashing eachother around for those that choose Fallguard practise. This was done in the indoor gym for now. Others trained on the other half of the gym, doing a variety of exhausting exercises.

The last class of that day was Language classes from Michael Viridian.

Boring. Bumbling. Buzzing. There's a bug in the classroom somewhere. The incessant buzzing...it would cause him to explode. figuratively speaking, of course. Language Class, taught by Michael Viridian. Taranis, was uninterested. He sat in the back, far left. He was tall, so why put him in the front or middle? people would not be able to see if they were behind him. The desk he was at was too small. he could not slouch in this seat. Table would have been preferred, lots of leg room, can easily move back.

Language. Lines. Logistics. He wishes this was math. Math. Science. Anything. Maybe someone would talk to him. He knew no one here. There was another tall fellow here though. But was he unapproachable? Probability? High. there was one who seemed intent on chaos. Ruffian. Scoundrel. Plague. Best to be avoided at all costs. Taranis looked down at his open notebook. It was not filled with language. Not a scrap of notes had been made. Language was uninteresting. un-amusing. Unloved.

If someone talked to him, he might actually respond. Something, anything. He needed his mind to be distracted from the dull drudgery of this monotonous class. He drew a symbol. Lambda. Two symbols. Beta. Make it three. Sigma. Four then. Omega. The tale of life if one thought about it.
